This week in Thai class, learners were introduced to the alphabet “ค” from the music. They also had the opportunity to practice their writing and creativity skills with the alphabet. At the end of the “ค” lesson, they worked on matching the picture with an alphabet. On Wednesday, learners learnt a Thai tale from the book called “นกเจ้าเล่ห์กับปูเจ้าปัญญา” (The Crane and the Crab). This great story teaches them not to use their wisdom to do the wrong things. Learners enjoyed learning this tale and did a great job with drawing the crane and the crab.
In PE and Swimming this week
This week we learned about hand-eye coordination skills and how can we control an object with our hands, such as bouncing a ball on the floor or throwing the ball in the basket. In regards to our swimming lesson, this week we learned more about gliding skills in the water, which included gliding with a swimming board and also without it. In addition to that, we practiced our diving skills by playing some water games, such as treasure hunters.
